How the Intake Process Works

A brief initial conversation to understand your situation, answer your questions, and determine whether Hayfa is a good fit for your needs.
If you decide to proceed, you will complete intake paperwork and schedule your first session. Sessions are available in-person in Westerville or via telehealth for Ohio residents.
Your first session is a chance to share your story at whatever pace feels comfortable. There is no pressure to cover everything at once. The goal is to begin building a therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding.
